Ruidoso Bound
A study of a saddle, makes a great grouping with "Work's Done', and "Ready for New Mexico!"
The Village of Ruidoso, New Mexico is a resort community nestled in the beautiful Sacramento mountains, 6,800 ft. above sea level. The Spanish name, comes from the Rio Ruidoso or "Noisy River," which runs through town. Nearby are many historic and interesting places to visit, including Indian ruins, ghost towns, Lincoln, NM (visit the Lincoln Schoolhouse Gallery and Art Center to see JK's original watercolors!), and White Sands National Monument. Ruidoso is 130 miles north of El Paso and 180 miles southeast of Albuquerque. Lone Star Air flies between Ruidoso and Dallas/Ft. Worth.
